Student Engagement in Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity (SERSCA) Mini Grant. Office of Graduate Studies and Research, California State University, Stanislaus – supported research material costs for Cynipidae studies.          Award amount: $500.

Student Engagement in Research, Scholarship, and Creative Activity (SERSCA) Travel Grant. Office of Graduate Studies and Research, California State University, Stanislaus – supported travel to and participation in the 86th Annual Conference of the Association of Pacific Coast Geographers (APCG) in Arcata, CA.          Award amount: $1200.

Community Ambassador Award.  California State University, Stanislaus, College Corps.

First Place, Digital Cartography Award. 79th Annual Meeting of the California Geographical Society – Title: Connecting Communities to Their Urban Forests.

Second Place, Best Undergraduate Poster Award. 2024 California / Nevada Chapter of the Water and Soil Conservation Society Annual Conference – Poster title: Climate-action and the intersection of sustainability and agriculture in the Central Valley: A showcase of CGS field trips.

Drucilla Shepard Smith Award. Oregon State University, Faculty Senate Recognition and Awards Committee – awarded for achievement of sustained academic excellence. 

Science, Math, & Engineering Excellence Award. Modesto Junior College, School of Science, Math, and Engineering – awarded for exceptional academic achievement during ongoing pandemic.
