Undergraduate Researcher • GIS & Remote Sensing • Ecocultural Restoration • Fire Ecology • Open Science
I am an undergraduate researcher in Geography and Environmental Resources at Stanislaus State, with a minor in Computer Science. My academic focus bridges spatial science, fire ecology, and ecocultural restoration, with an emphasis on open data and community-based research.
My current work explores the use of GIS, remote sensing, and field based ecology to support landscape conservation, biodiversity monitoring, and Indigenous-informed restoration practices. I am especially interested in how geospatial tools can be leveraged to address climate resilience, cultural fire management, and sustainable land stewardship.
